Shipping & Refund Policy

At Paints and Pixels by Katie LLC, we take care to ensure that every order is handled with attention to detail and delivered in a timely manner. The following outlines our shipping and returns practices for both physical and digital products.
For all custom products, orders will be shipped a minimum of two weeks before the event date provided at the time of purchase. While we strive to ensure prompt delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. We are also not liable for any damage that occurs during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, a claim will need to be filed directly with UPS or USPS, depending on the shipping method used.
Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final and non-refundable. In certain cases, and at our sole discretion, a store credit or replacement may be issued depending on the specific circumstances.
For digital products, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. Once a digital product has been purchased and delivered, the sale is considered final.
